CertSuite PAT is a software application that makes it fast and easy to produce professional quality PAT test certificates. Regular updates ensure that certificates always comply with the latest standards and guidelines. The software is easy to use and runs on any portable device with the iOS or Android operating system. A web browser version is also available.
All versions allow the import of company logos, accreditations and digital signatures. In addition, when CertSuite PAT is used with PAT testers in the Megger PAT400 range, test results can be imported directly into the software, and data such as clients, sites, locations and asset identities can be exported to the instrument.
CertSuite PAT uses Microsoft® Azure® fully secure cloud-based storage for test results and other data, including details of clients, sites and locations. Photographs can also be uploaded, along with comments. There is no limit on data storage or the number of jobs and certificates. As a valuable bonus, jobs, including information about assets and locations, can be copied to save time when setting up subsequent inspections.
Multiple users can simultaneously access the same job in CertSuite PAT, which is a significant benefit when working on large sites. The results are merged automatically. The software records the user who carried out each test, and if required, their initials can be added to the test certificate.
Licensing for CertSuite PAT is straightforward and is charged per user per year on a subscription basis. Combined licences are available for CertSuite PAT and CertSuite Installation, which supports certification for electrical installations in line with the IET Wiring Regulations.
