Service, Repairs and Calibration

The repairs after sales service team at Megger is a dedicated team of experienced technicians and support our dedicated commercial admin team, who are responsible for ensuring that all Megger instruments returned to Dover receive the best aftersales service.
Repairs commercial team
The Repairs Customer Service role is to update customers on the progress of their repair and managing their expectations to ensure a great customer service. The Commercial Customer Service team support Megger’s Inter Company organisations around the world of end-to-end sales order processing through to shipping and inclusive of export documentation.
Service
Within service function of the team, we inspect/repair/service a variety of high voltage cable test vans that can range from 10Kv systems upto 80kv. We offer yearly inspections on the vans which the team will either travel to the customer or we will invite the customer onsite. Also, within this function we offer service/repair on several other instruments.
Repairs
Within the repairs function of the team, we offer service/repair on a variety of Megger instruments ranging from low voltage to high voltage instruments and these are repairs to component level. Also, within this function we support our Megger approved service centres with any enquiries they may have.
Calibration
The Calibration laboratory is responsible for maintaining the company standards which have traceability back to the international standards laboratory in London and are recognised worldwide. Our systems and operations procedures meet the requirements of IS09001 Megger operate a fully traceable calibration and repair facilities which is temperature and humidity controlled in the laboratory to meet the UKAS accreditation to ISO 17025:2017, ensuring instruments continue to provide the high standard of performance and workmanship. Also, within this function the team support/maintain in house plant equipment making sure excellent standards are maintained
