Product Managers
The Product Managers research the market, develop product road maps and detailed proposals to deliver in line with the company’s strategic business plans. They are responsible for the product lifecycle from concept, via specification and customer field testing to launching the project with sales and marketing colleagues.
Our team are always working on a portfolio of projects, working with the engineering teams who provide hardware and firmware, CAD and 3D design services. The department is in constant communication with wider teams from sales, supply, manufacturing and servicing to ensure that our products make a rapid impact in the market and exceed customer’s expectations and requirements.
The Product Managers undertake research and support visits being carried out throughout the UK, Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East.
Associate Product Managers
The role of the Associate Product Manager (APM) is to lead and support the development of new products by taking operational responsibility as the “Product Owner” in the new product development process, working closely with the Product Manager as the interface between Product Management and the Engineering teams. They ensure that the development of new products is aligned with defined customer requirements and the company strategy.
Application Specialists
Our Application Specialist team (AS) support Product Managers, customers, and internal stakeholders. They provide training, marketing and commercial support to sales teams and distributors and gather market feedback for the Product Managers, including monitoring product quality, market positioning and market prices.

Technical Support Group
The TSG team are focused primarily on customer support, but also are a valuable resource for testing products and supplying feedback from customers which enable our engineering team to resolve bugs and our Product Managers to gather useful information for future product updates and release.
Product Marketing Analysis
With hundreds of products which have many target markets for sale and distribution, the Product Marketing Analyst tracks their performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Document Design
The design team produce and manage all the documents related to the products, from datasheets for the sales and marketing departments, to user guides which detail every aspect of the product for the customer.
