Bodo Zeug

Bodo Zeug joined Megger in May 2025 as Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive global leadership experience across the energy management, technology, and electronics sectors. Bodo is an engineer with a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA. He was previously Executive Vice President and Head of EMEA at Landis+Gyr, where he led strategic growth initiatives including partnerships, ventures and acquisitions. Bodo previously held senior leadership roles at CommScope, Flextronics, Siemens and Ericsson, which included nearly a decade overseeing businesses in China. He also spent six years as a partner in management consulting, where he successfully led transformational initiatives, driving organisational change and delivering growth initiatives across a variety of industries.

Chief Financial Officer

Jeremy Simpson

Jeremy joined Megger in June 2020 and is responsible for all financial and IT matters, recently leading a €230m refinancing of the Group.  Jeremy is a Chartered Accountant of 25 years' standing and was previously CFO of two public companies, Carpetright plc and Sureserve Group plc, leading the public listing of the latter in 2015.  Jeremy previously held senior financial roles with Shanks Group plc, Avery Dennison Inc. and Smiths Group plc., which included raising some £300m in long term structured finance whilst at Shanks.  In his personal life, Jeremy is Chair of the health and wellbeing charity, the Jubilee Hall Trust and has competed in triathlons for the GB Age Group team.

Chief Strategy, Marketing & Technology Officer

Dr Andrew Dodds

An experienced electrical engineer, Andrew joined Megger in 2001 where he is responsible for  strategy, technology and market offer. Accomplished in Industrial B2B marketing, Andrew is an advocate of the IMP school of marketing, driving growth through both in-house organic development and M&A activity, extending addressable market areas served, ensuring Megger remains relevant to the future needs of the electrical industry. 

 

Chief Commercial Officer

Christian Zaugg

Christian Zaugg joined Megger in March 2026 as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing a strong track record in building and scaling commercial and digital solutions across the energy sector. He holds a PhD in experimental physics from ETH Zürich, giving him a strong technical foundation in electrification, grid resilience, and the energy transition.

Over the past decade, Christian has led the development of grid management, smart metering, and software-driven solutions at organisations including Alpiq, Vitol, and Landis+Gyr. His experience spans both growing new capabilities and strengthening established commercial operations, with a focus on software, services, and customer-led innovation.

Christian is passionate about helping customers navigate complex infrastructure challenges and building high-performing teams that deliver reliable insights and long-term value for Megger’s global customers and partners.

Chief Operating Officer

Piers Grumett

Piers joined Megger in January 2019 and is the internal champion for increasing value to our customers as well as Megger’s sustainability. He is the architect and sponsor of the Megger Excellence System, designed to increase Customer satisfaction, improve the work for employees and deliver business performance. This is achieved by developing our people and bringing people together to create high performing teams.

Piers is a Chartered Engineer with 20 years’ experience of leading operations in the UK, USA and Europe. He previously started up a plastic recycling company and is a vocal advocate for reducing the impact of human activity on the planet. Piers believes that renewable generation, improving efficiency and electrification currently provide the biggest opportunity to accelerate the reduction to net zero. He also supports the Prince’s Trust as a mentor for young people.

Group Financial Controller and Group Company Secretary

Kerri Corriero

Kerri joined Megger in March 2020 as Group Financial Controller overseeing the financial reporting and financial planning&analysis functions of the Group.  She assumed the Group Company Secretary role in November 2021 with a primary focus on risk management and governance.

Kerri is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years’ experience of senior finance roles across both private equity owned and listed companies, most recently as Group FP&A Director for Sysco Corporation (International Operations).
