Si vous et vos collègues avez de bonnes connexions Internet, chacun verra les contributions des autres à la tâche sur laquelle vous travaillez. Vos données et celles de vos collègues sont envoyées dans le cloud toutes les 90 secondes, vous pouvez donc consulter les dernières interventions de vos collègues en 3 minutes.

While you have good connection to the internet, CertSuite Asset will send your new data up to the cloud every 90 seconds and pull down anything new done by your colleagues working on the same job. If you are working offline, CertSuite Asset will continue to store your data on your mobile device or computer. When you next have a good internet connection, CertSuite Asset will send up all your changes to the job you have ‘open’ and pull down changes from your colleagues. Log on to CertSuite Asset in a web browser with your usual details and open the ‘Admin’ tab and choose ‘Account Management’. This will open up on the ‘Licences and Payment’ page. Choose whether to buy annual licences or monthly licences and select the number you need – which is one per active user. If you already have an overdue invoice for some licences, you will have to pay this before you can buy more licences.

There are many tips and tricks to help you work faster with CertSuite Asset. For example, you can copy an old job as the starting point for a new one, you can set up Circuit Templates which will fill in many of the fields on each circuit, you can quickly set up a distribution board with as many circuits as needed in a few clicks of your mouse.
