Allows the safe testing of large power transformers by using long test leads and a connection box to bring the testing down to ground level.

All connections to the transformer can be made at the same time using a height platform. The various test leads then hang down the side of the transformer allowing the various connections to be tested at grown level.

Compatible with all MIT and S1 range of 5 and 10 kV Insulation testers

The kit test leads are terminated with the 10 kV rated test plug. These connectors are not compatible with the 15 kV instruments.

The test kit is supplied with 11 x 15m test leads

The lead connected to the transformer connection under test is simply plugged into the instrument. All of the other test leads are then grounded by plugging them all into the connection box which in turn is connected to ground.
