Mechanical Design team

Working with customer requirements, we are able to produce elegant and robust designs for Megger products. We achieve this using a plethora of tools at our disposal, from 3D CAD with simulation packages (including stress, thermal, and mould fill analysis), to 3D printing and physical verification testing. This is further enhanced by employing ‘Design for Manufacture and Assembly’ techniques with the goal of designing high quality, cost-effective products that keep our customers happy.
