How do I change my password or email address?

Go to the Manage profile section while you are logged in and use the form provided there.

How can I delete my account?

When you are logged in, you can change your preferences for the way we contact you. We need to maintain your details so that if (for example) you prefer that we do not direct mail you, we know to suppress a mailing to your address. We will never pass on your details to any other company.

I forgot my password!

Click Forgot Password to email us or click on the link on the Login page. Just type in your email, click on the "email me" button, and we will email your password straight back to you.
