Megger's Relay Seminar is a two-day information-packed event offering comprehensive tools for both novice and advanced relay test users. Each seminar track will include lunch on the first day, a networking reception that evening and a CD including all paper presentations to take at the close of the seminar.
Day 1 (8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
Opening (Joint Session)
20 to 30 Minutes - Creating & Merging Subsets
10 Minutes - New Accessories
Basic Track (Run Concurrently with Advanced)
5 1/2 hours - Manual testing using the TVI
1 1/2 hours - AVTS - Basic Concepts
Advanced Track (Run Concurrently with Basic Track)
7 hours - Create a Transformer Differential Relay Test Module from scratch.
(verify and troubleshoot the module on a relay)
Evening Open house
End to End demonstration (line sync, common mode and live if possible)

Basic Track (Run Concurrently with Advanced)
7 hours - Build Basic over-current relay test module discussing the following controls:
Theoretical Control - Digitizing a new curve Trouble Shooting an over-current module
Paralleling currents when only one current is used Testing UV with AVTS
Advanced Track (Run Concurrently with Basic Track)
7 hours - Create a Distance Relay Test Module from scratch (verify and troubleshoot the module on a relay)

Required Equipment
All participation will require a personal computer loaded with AVTS software.
Software and loading assistance will be available from Megger Applications Engineers after completion of registration and prior to the commencement of the seminar.
